No Medical Advice
The Site provides general information about Pediatric Moonshot’s mission, programs, and work. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, a medical opinion, or a recommendation regarding the diagnosis or treatment of any individual. The Site does not provide telehealth services, and no content on the Site should be used as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.

Use of the Site

Donations
Donations made through the Site are processed by Givebutter, a third-party donation platform. Your donation transaction is subject to Givebutter’s own terms of service and privacy policy in addition to this Site’s policies. Pediatric Moonshot, Inc. does not directly process or store your payment card information.
Pediatric Moonshot, Inc. is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 39-4243833). Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Unless otherwise stated in connection with a specific gift, no goods or services are provided in exchange for a contribution. Donors should retain their own records (a bank record or written acknowledgment) to substantiate any charitable deduction, as required by the IRS for contributions of $250 or more.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or embed third-party services, including but not limited to Givebutter (donations), Buzzsprout (podcast hosting), and Substack (newsletter/articles). Pediatric Moonshot, Inc. is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites or services.
